It includes admission to the Yamnuska Wolfdog Sanctuary, lunch at the Water Valley Saloon, a tour of the Wild Horses of Alberta Society sanctuary, a wagon ride out to see the local herd of wild horses, and honey mead tasting at the Fallen Timber craft meadery.
We run the tour in small, personal groups, so no need to fight crowds for great photos.
Oh, and all the little things like tax, lunch and admission are also included to make it nice and easy.

Visit a wolfdog sanctuary and walk along beautiful pathways of aspen trees. Here you can photograph the wolfdogs as they lurk in the grass within their fenced enclosures.
Enjoy lunch in the Water Valley Saloon, built in 1935 and set within a living historic village. Then check out the village’s gift shops for one of a kind gifts and souvenirs.
Stop at a little known sanctuary for Alberta’s wild horses. While there, take an off-road wagon ride through the woods in search of a local herd of wild horses. The ranch rehabilitates these majestic animals, and you’re provided with the opportunity to interact with and learn about what they do.
Taste a selection of mead (kind of like honey wine) at a craft meadery, hidden in the woods off the Water Valley backroads. There, you’ll taste their product, try some honey, check out their patio overlooking their gorgeous property, and take a drink while walking along their wooded pathways through a grove of owl habitat.
